Scemogram launched on Instagram on November, 20 2021. Scemogram is a scene, emo, goth, alernative community and feature page.

Scemogram chooses a scemogram member weekly to be the scemogram profile photo (pfp) for one week. The scemogram member chosen to be the pfp is based on their activity (most featured posts within the last 90 days, sharing their featured posts to stories, tapping the reshare icon below their featured posts etc.).

Scemogram members who have been members for one year or longer based on the date of their first featured post hold the title "scemogram legend". All of their featured posts are highlighted with a diamond next to their usernames in scemogram featured posts and scemogram stories.

Scemogram has a backup page @scenemogram. Notice the spelling in the username. It was created as a got-to page in the event there is an issue with the scemogram main page.

Scemogram has voluntary moderators that help with some decisions regarding features and help ensure posts on the scemogram Instagram page meet scemogram's expectations based on scemogram rules.
